Here's what happened today: Social 8A and 8C: Today, we read about how Japan responded to all the pressure to open their borders. Please review pages 177-179 if needed. Social 8G: Today, we talked about the strict roles in Japanese society, including the samurai code of Bushido. Social 9B: Today, we continued watching the documentary film, Sicko, which presents some of the differences between public and private health care systems. All Students: WEM Activity Day Permission Forms are now on Powerschool. Please fill out ASAP to ensure a spot! Thank you, everyone, for the incredible year at ELJHS. As most of you know, this is my last year here as I am moving into administration at Ecole Champs Vallee in Beaumont in September.
