9G - please bring in Turkey Money for our annual fundraiser. $20 buys a turkey for a family in need this Christmas. Let's see if we can raise 15 turkeys ($300) over the next few weeks! We have 4 Turkeys so far!!

Also... All students, please bring in the following things next week for our SWAT 5 Days of Christmas -

Friday - Freshen Up Products (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, deoderant, etc.)

Here's what happened today: Social 8A and 8C: Today, we read about how Japan responded to all the pressure to open their borders. Please review pages 177-179 if needed. Social 8G: Today, we talked about the strict roles in Japanese society, including the samurai code of Bushido. Social 9B: Today, we continued watching the documentary film, Sicko, which presents some of the differences between public and private health care systems. All Students: WEM Activity Day Permission Forms are now on Powerschool. Please fill out ASAP to ensure a spot! Important Dates Coming Up: Friday, May 31st - Activity Day @ WEM Wednesday, June 5th - Early Dismissal and ALL CE DUE
