TGI... Friday, June 7th

Here's what happened today: 

Social 8A and 8C: Today, we read through pages 199-202 about changes to Japan's Military system and continued to work on our projects. Due Date is June 13th.

Social 8G: Today, we wrote our chapter 14 test. Next week, we will start chapter 15 about Japan opening its borders. 

Social 9B: Today, we talked about protecting biodiversity in Canada and were introduced to the chapter 9 project that we will start on Monday.

Tuesday, June 25th - Math Final Exam

TGI... Friday, March 16th

Here's what we did today:  LA 8B  -  Today, we showcased our Genius Hour projects to the class. We completed a self-reflection on how we felt we did. We also started a research assignment (in pairs) for the novel we will start after Spring Break, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. LA 8E -   Today, we had our free reading block in the library and also spent a block working on our Genius Hour assignments. Please make sure they are complete for Tuesday. *You will NOT have class time on Monday. Social 9A  - Today, we completed a formative quiz on economics and started a case study assignment about the Canadian entertainment industry (On Google Classroom - due Monday).  Chapter 6 assessment - Wednesday, March 21st Italy's Election CE due MONDAY!    *Don't forget about Homeroom Wars on March 21st!
