TGI... Friday, November 10th

Here's what we did today - 

8B LA  - Today, we watched the short film, Big Buck Bunny and completed a film map. 

8E LA  - We completed a journal entry on In Flander's Fields. 

9A Social - We attended our Remembrance Day Ceremony and talked current events.  Please complete questions up to page 6 in your CH. 2 booklets for Tuesday!

9E Social - Today, we talked current events. Please make sure your chapter 1 project is completed and turned in.

Here's what we did today -   8B LA   - No class today due to assembly! Please  continue working on the two projects  for our TIC TAC TOE (Due Dec 21).  8E LA   - Today, we listened to chapter 10.  Please make sure that you are caught up on your novel study questions (ch. 1-7) and your TIC TACT TOE (everything is due Dec 21!). 9A Social  - No class today due to assembly! Please check Powerschool for your chapter 2 assessment and political cartoon marks.  Supreme Court New Addition due December 19th 9E   Social  - Today, started talking about chapter 3 - Individual Rights and Freedoms Supreme Court New Addition due December 19th Seeing as the Christmas Holidays are right around the corner, ELJHS is participating in their annual Turkey Drive fundraiser again this year. $20 buys a family in need a turkey dinner. I hope everyone had a great weekend and you are ready for a busy week!  8B and 8C Social - Your Chapter 5 Test is tomorrow!!  Remember to review the vocabulary as well.  *Your new Current Event is due June 4th!  8D and 8G LA - Your poetry projects need to be handed in tomorrow! Be ready to present tomorrow as well!  West Edmonton Mall Fieldtrip is Friday! There are 22 days of school left! Woo hoo! Ponder This:  The more you have of it, the less you see. What is it?
