Thursday, December 14th

Here's what we did today - 

8B LA  - Today, we finished The Giver!!! Please  continue working on the two projects  for our TIC TAC TOE (Due Dec 21). 

8E LA  - Today, we listened to chapter 11.  Please make sure that you are caught up on your novel study questions (ch. 1-7) and your TIC TACT TOE (everything is due Dec 21!).

9A Social - No class today! Please check Powerschool for your chapter 2 assessment and political cartoon marks.

9E Social - Today, we read a cartoon about a student who felt that their individual rights were violated (p.92-95). Make sure you have answered the questions that were handed out (also on Google Classroom).

Seeing as the Christmas Holidays are right around the corner, ELJHS is participating in their annual Turkey Drive fundraiser again this year. $20 buys a family in need a turkey dinner. Students are encouraged to bring in what they can to help out people in our very own community.
