Here's what we did today: 

LA 8B -  Today, we read chapters 12 and 13 of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Please make sure that you are caught up in your questions booklet - you should be caught up to chapter 13. We also completed the chapters 7-11 quiz. Check Powerschool for your marks later today!

LA 8E - Today, we read chapter 14 of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Please make sure that you are caught up in your questions booklet - you should be caught up to chapter 14. Check Powerschool for your chapter 7-11 quiz marks later today!

Social 9A - No class today. Think about a topic for your RANT assignment (on Google Classroom). We will continue to work on it on Monday! Chapter 7 Assessment: April 25th
Cell Phone Alert CE due April 25th 

Social 9E - Today, we finished up working on the assigned booklet for pages 257-263. Chapter 7 Assessment will be on Monday!

Wednesday, December 13th

Here's what we did today -   8B LA   - No class today due to assembly! Please  continue working on the two projects  for our TIC TAC TOE (Due Dec 21).  8E LA   - Today, we listened to chapter 10.  Please make sure that you are caught up on your novel study questions (ch. 1-7) and your TIC TACT TOE (everything is due Dec 21!). 9A Social  - No class today due to assembly! Please check Powerschool for your chapter 2 assessment and political cartoon marks.  Supreme Court New Addition due December 19th 9E   Social  - Today, started talking about chapter 3 - Individual Rights and Freedoms Supreme Court New Addition due December 19th Seeing as the Christmas Holidays are right around the corner, ELJHS is participating in their annual Turkey Drive fundraiser again this year. $20 buys a family in need a turkey dinner. Here's what we did today -   8B LA   - Today, we had our free reading block in the library and read chapter 14 of The Giver. Be sure to catch up on the chapter questions over the long weekend!  8E LA   - Today, we listened to Chapter 2 of The Outsiders.
