Social 8A and 8C: Today, we discussed current events, including the provincial election results. Chapter 9 assessment: April 24th. 
Russian Military Base CE due April 26th

Social 8G: Today, we discussed current events, including the provincial election results. Chapter 10 assessment: April 25th. 
Russian Military Base CE due April 26th

Social 8C and 8G - permission forms are on Powerschool for our field trip to the Japanese Cultural Center this month! 

Social 9B: Today,  Today, we discussed current events, including the provincial election results and reviewed for our chapter 6 assessment tomorrow!

Here's what we did today:  LA 8B  -  Today, we showcased our Genius Hour projects to the class. We completed a self-reflection on how we felt we did. We also started a research assignment (in pairs) for the novel we will start after Spring Break, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Here's what we did yesterday AND today:  8A   -   Yesterday, we talked about current events and started a discussion about the Silk Road.
