Here's what we did today: 

LA 8B - Today, we worked on a spelling unit (review words) and completed a reading comprehension on Arctic Foxes. Please complete both for Thursday if not done yet. *Bring duotangs back to class!

LA 8E -  Today, we finished the reading comprehension quiz and started working on our grammar practice booklet - please have unit 8 completed for Thursday. *Bring booklets back to class!

Social 9A - Today, we continued working on our slide presentation - you should be done up until slide 15. Canada Launches Complaint CE DUE Tuesday, Feb 6th
Chapter 4 Assessment: Tuesday, February 6th 

Social 9E - Today, we discussed Language Rights fro Francophone  and Anglophone groups - please make sure you are caught up in the chapter 4 booklet.Canada Launches Complaint CE DUE Tuesday, Feb 6th

Here's what we did today -   8B LA   - Today, we had our free reading block in the library and read chapter 14 of The Giver. Be sure to catch up on the chapter questions over the long weekend!  8E LA   - Today, we listened to Chapter 2 of The Outsiders. We continued working on the novel study questions and created our character posters that we will work on throughout the novel. Please make sure you have the vocab and questions done for chapters 1 and 2! 9A Social  -   No class today!
